At ScallyWags we believe every animal deserves a safe, loving place to land. We proudly support local rescue organizations and open our home to foster dogs who are waiting for their forever families.
Why We Foster
ScallyWags Pet Care strongly believes in giving back to our community and doing everything we can to make a difference in animals' lives.
The biggest gift a rescue can ask for, is people willing to foster dogs, cats & puppies by bringing them into their own home and providing a safe space for them to wait. This allows the rescues time to focus on getting them the care they need and an opportunity to find them a forever home.
Scallywags Pet Care provides space to both our rescue organizations at our facility so that each dog has an opportunity to decompress, get healthy and learn to integrate and socialize with other dogs. While your pup is here, you can see a bunch of the dogs we have listed on the adoption section playing with your pups and having an adventure!!

August 2026Wonda was found under a house in Conroe, Texas in rough shape — but she never stopped being a mama. She had 10 puppies with her and kept every single one of them safe. Both Wonda and her pups have been doing wonderfully. Now that her babies are thriving, this incredible girl is ready to find a forever home of her own. She is available through Operation Pets Alive!
